The Game Plan

My goal is to ultimately lead, motivate, and teach my clients to develop a LIFESTYLE change that consists of making the commitment to exercise regularly and properly with ENTHUSIASM, and eating a well-balanced diet in their daily lives. The key word is lifestyle change, rather than "dieting". The connotion of "dieting" is often times thought of as eating legalistically, or eating only a select type and amount of food until one reaches his or her desired weight. Though there is much discipline and discernment involved when deciding what to eat (which I will educate you on), I don't believe in being legalistic or too specific or "nit picky" when it comes to nutrition. Eating a variety of wholesome food in moderation is key to maintaining and enjoying a healthy life-long diet without depriving yourself. I will elaborate on this during the training program.
